The Auto-Pure 24 magnetic separation system is an excellent partner for the Revvity T-SPOT^®.TB test and T-Cell Select™ reagent kit in medium high-throughput laboratories.

Designed for automation

The plate-based design allows users to conveniently process up to 24 samples per run with the aid of the pre-loaded T-Cell Select reagent protocol. These plates are compatible with liquid handing platforms, enabling users to take advantage of the increased walk-away time automation brings.

A custom protocol enables users to quickly and efficiently automate the important peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) isolation stage of the T-SPOT.TB test. The Auto-Pure 24 utilizes a tip-comb and 24 well deep-well plates to process samples. The magnet collects the cell-antibody-bead complex, which is then washed and eluted.
